Many times motivated home sellers put up a negative front
because they are tired of getting beat up on financially.

When you use this type of close with them, you win them over
while at the same time building rapport, friendship and loyalty.

This won’t only result in a profitable deal, but also tons of potential
referrals.

Remember, people who are hurting financially need you help.
They WANT your help. But sometimes they are so bummed out
they don’t respond the way they should.

Don’t let that stop you. Simply change gears and verbally focus
on someone they may know who you could help.

Of course that person is them, but by repositioning yourself
and talking about all the things you can do for someone else,
they recognize that you are a great person who they should
have help them too.

At the very least, they may indeed send you a referral!
