3 Ways To Profit This Week With Little Or No Money
1. Find motivated sellers who no longer want their
house – they’re sick and tired of making payments
and they just want out.
Buy the property subject to the underlying financing.
That simply means you’re taking over the payments.
Get the seller to sign over the deed to the house.
They will often be willing to do this receiving no
cash from you because they are truly motivated.
This is the same type of person who stops making
payments and just moves out.
The numbers need to make sense before moving forward
on this type of deal.

2. Contact other investors in your area to see what
kind of finder’s fee they’re willing to pay you when
you bring them deals like this.
3. Find other investors who have deals like this that
you can offer to your buyers list. We’ll cover more
