2 Buy & Hold Tips

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009 Mark Walters No Comments »

In a slow real estate market it’s important to focus
on Price & Location if you want to hold property
to build equity and wealth.

That way even if real estate values go down
after you’ve bought the property, you don’t
only have a profit buffer, but also the demand
of people who still want to live in the house
because of it’s surroundings.

Always seriously evaluate both when
considering a buy and hold strategy…

Warm Regards,

Even when an overall real estate investing market is soft, you can look for pockets in the market that have demand.

These might include areas with prominent institutions of higher education such as universities; expanding medical facilities in baby-boomer rich areas; or areas with a growing federal government workforce where those types of jobs exist in mass.

By combining the use of List/Sales data, # of days on the market, and the Internet, you can focus in on these markets with great precision.

Discover how by watching the video.

Warm Regards,

Mark~
