Real estate investing when financing is tight is easier
when you trade equity.

People think they must always trade equity in a
house for cash.

But what happens when lenders aren’t
making cash easily available?

Don’t forget, you can always trade your equity in
a house for someone else’s equity in things like
a house, car, boat, apartment complex, a note they
got when carrying back financing…

Anything with value that you want to keep, or
know how to sell once you’ve got it.
