3 Ways To Find Real Estate Deals to Co-Wholesale To Your Buyers List For Faster Profits
If you wanted to get in the real estate wholesaling game TODAY…all you’d need to do is contact other investors who have discounted properties to sell and ask them if you can offer them to your buyers list for a cut of the profit.
There are a lot of investors out there who’d be happy to do that. It’s called Co-Wholesaling.
The good news for you is you’d INSTANTLY be in the real estate biz… with deals to promote and potential profits to make…
While OTHERS find the deals, acquire them, and then sell these same deals for more than they paid for them to OTHER people.

Here are 3 ways to find investors who might be interested in “co-wholesaling” their deals…
1. Look for ads online, in your newspaper, on bandit signs, etc. that read “I Buy Houses”. Or “Handy Man Special”. You get the idea. These are usually investors. You’re looking for the ones that have multiple deals going on at a time so they can feed you and your list with lots of new inventory…that will help you create consistent income.
2. Go to craigslist.org and backpage.com and look for listings that read the same as above. You’ll notice some of the same people advertising different properties because the phone number is the same. These investors are prime targets because they obviously have multiple properties they’re selling. They too may be interested in co-wholesaling their properties to your buyers list.
3. Get a list of the cash buyers in your area that have recently bought a house in middle income areas for deep discounts. This is a way to find cash buyers…but also investors in general who may be looking to sell these same type of houses for a profit. They too may be interested in co-wholesaling their properties to your buyers list.
